 Uzak poster:

Costume:

• All black costume connotes grief and mourning

Lighting:

• Low key lighting which connotes sadness 
• Back lighting - when the lighting is placed at the back to form a silhouette.

Actors:

• Protagonist
• Body language - the head pose/posture - connotes grief or mourning 

Setting:

• Smoke at the background which connotes pollution
• Clouds everywhere which connotes gloomy and isolated

Which could connote the characters' emotions as well as being isolated.

Colour scheme of costume - colourful which connotes brightness and cheerful which could appeal to younger audience.

• Binary opposition of light (sky) and dark (hole/dig) where the peacefulness contrasts with the mystery - enigma codes.

Actors:

• Facial expression of the child actor seems very anxious and determined at the same time. 
• Body Language reinforces the idea of the child being confident as it seems like the child/protagonist seems to be lunging towards the hole.

Setting: 

• Seems to be outside like nature due to a branch of tree which could reinforce that the actor may have encounter something wild in the forest.

Low angle shot reinforces the idea of nature and it may also seem as if the actor has power due to him looking down towards the camera.

• Facial expression seems very stern and determined, connoting the idea of seriousness and probably having a mission to complete or could could also be revenge.

• Gun which could connote as violence which could also seems as if the actors on the poster are the villain.

• Kind of gives a older generation vibe could also suggest the tradition.

• Colour scheme (grey to green) could connote as vintage due to it's faded tone.

• Facial expression of both male characters are stern and confident
• Female character seems more elegant but powerful at the same time.

The target audience for this film could be teenagers to adults as there seems to be an intertexuality to the cartoon character Captain Hook. 

Bride and Prejudice:

• Seems to be very formal and colourful which could connote as something like celebratory.
• The costume of one of the characters at the back seems very traditional. 
• Colour scheme of their costume which is white and blue could connote as a new beginning or peacefulness. 

Lighting:

• High key lighting could connote as something that is positive.
• Front lighting seems to focus on the two main characters at the front which could connote as them being the focus of the film.

Actors:

• Facial expressions of the characters seems very cheerful, reinforcing the idea of the film having a positive mood. 
• The medium shot of the two characters at the front of the main image could connote as them as the main characters and that their story is what the film is about this is reinforced with the posture of the characters at the back where they're pointing at them two.
